Bibliography Related to MMS and Chlorine Dioxide:

Persons who desire more information about medical studies involving the use of MMS in clinics or hospitals should purchase Jim Humble's "Book II" for which he changes $10.00 You can order it here: "Miracle Mineral supplement for the 21st century.com- Book Two". Near the end of Humble's Book -Volume Two," (Chapter 22) there is an orderly bibliography of 127 medical papers and scientific studies related to MMS. The bibliography is annotated in academic style with technical notes.

Dr Thomas Hesselink , MD has that material under copyright, last updated in August, 2007. If you value such material, this is an outline of his bibliographic topics:

Oxidants as Disinfectants - 29 studies and reviews with cited sources.
Malaria is Oxidant Sensitive - 67 entries with cited sources.
Heme is Oxidant Sensitive - 27 entries with cited sources.
Overcoming antibiotic resistance with Oxidation - 23 entries with cited sources.
Targeting Iron (Related to Hemoglobin Iron Balance) 10 cited entries.
Targeting Polyamines (Related to Destruction of Tumors) - 2 cited entries.
Safety and Research Issues - 10 cited entries.

In summary, the studies above are all supportive of the science behind the MMS discovery. For the past 50 years Chlorine Dioxide has been recognized as the ultimate germicide, the perfect disinfectant used in dozens of cleaning products.

But since chlorine dioxide is a gas, and since it "oxidizes" it was never considered for internal use. The gas, however, is less oxidative than oxygen, and that makes it completely safe to circulate through the blood stream. Oxygen is too agressive and is harmful to normal body cells. That's why people take anti-oxidant capsules to prevent damage from "free radicals" that are damaging to flesh and muscle. But MMS is completely uninterested in flesh or in any living cell. However, upon finding a heavy metal, or a virus or bacteria, it greedily destroys it by pulling up to five electrons from the virus walls which destroys it in a definite and final way.

For controlled use in cleaning products, a slightly acidic liquid is "activated" with sodium chlorite at the time of use and the fluid can then be wiped or scrubbed onto surfaces where the gas is slowly released from the fluid, killing germs, bacteria, and every other unwanted pathogen.

Jim Humble discovered and implemented the MMS procedure in which the germicidal gas can be produced very very slowly inside the body. It make sense immediately - Chlorine dioxide gas can be released over a 2 to 10 hour period and the blood stream actively pulls it into red blood cells, transporting it throughout the body where it encounters pathogens of any type and destroys them.

This procedure has given us a way to by-pass the antibiotic dilemma in which germs become immune to various antibiotics. Given the chemical attack by the gas, it's highly unlikely that any pathogen will acquire immunity.

Once you understand the chemistry involved you realize that MMS is a sleuth molecule seeking what it can devour. The gas is carried just like oxygen by red blood cells. Coming near any pathogen it's attracted by the pull of electrons. Banging into an unwanted cell wall, it "pulverizes" the unwanted germ through a lightening-bolt of electron exchanges, imploding the pathogen. Cell walls curl and collapse - whether the germs were on a door knob or lodged deep in the brain.

This quote is from Dr. Hesselink:
"We may be on the verge of discovering the most potent and broad-spectrum antibiotic yet known. Special thanks go to Jim Humble for his willingness to share his discovery with the world."

The bibliography collected by Dr. Hesselink is probably the best available (as of 2008) because he had access to medical resources that are not easily indexed by the search engines. As MMS comes into greater use, it will gradually produce a flurry of new studies and statistical reports.

Because Chlorine Dioxide is a well-known as a preferred anti-bacterial agent in food packaging and in water purification systems, search engines do bring up a host of materials that are NOT related to the internal use of MMS.

Search engines such as Yahoo.com or Dogpile.com or Google.com display over 400,000 web pages that refer to Chlorine Dioxide. Corporations far and wide produce and sell it in various combinations with acid activators.

As an industrial cleaning and purifying product its uses are described in this way:
"Chlorine dioxide is used as a bleach in a number of industries: in cleaning and de-tanning of leather, and as a bleaching agent for wood pulp, oils, cellulose, flour, textiles, and beeswax.

Chlorine dioxide is registered as a bactericide, fungicide, and algaecide. It is used to disinfect human drinking water systems, city water supplies, commercial water cooling tower systems, and metal cutting fluids. It's also used to disinfect dairy farm animals and milking equipment. Also in eating establishments and food processing or handling areas and even around the house."

Chlorine Dioxide is used extensively in Europe, N America, and Australia as an alternative to chlorine in city water purification systems due to lesser problems with disinfection by-products. Also, it's sometimes sold as a swimming pool purifying agent instead of the other usual chlorine products.

Chlorine Dioxide and/or Sodium Chlorite is approved as a food additive in most countries. When a very small amount of Chlorine Dioxide is wafted into packaged foods before sealing, although the gas only remains active for a few minutes to an hour, it guarantees that virtually all known pathogens (botulism, e.coli, TB, salmonela and any others) are destroyed permanently.

We aim to provide a flow of updated materials that will enable MMS users to understand how MMS works, why it works, and how others are using it to improve specific ailment situations. This site does not give direct health advice but it will report what other authorities are publishing, and also your experiences or testimonials as you send them in. There are no subscriptions here, no MLM, and no recruiting of friends or neighbors.

The full bibliography of scientific reports and papers related to Chlorine Dioxide gas (MMS) and it's sterilizing properties is in the appendix of Jim Humble's $10.00 "Miracle Mineral Supplement for the 21st Century - Book Two"
Book Two Is Here . It lends this product an ample and continuing basis for statements and findings from authoritative sources. Jim Humble charges $10 for "Book Two" which this writer purchased and read. It provides quality studies and outcomes for those who seek medical documentation.
